# Command recipes — what to say to Claude

Copy any of these into a Claude chat (once you've added the connector — see README.md). They're
plain English; adjust the names to your rooms. Claude shows a live preview before saving anything.

> Replace `Pricing`, `Getting Started`, emails, etc. with your own. Claude will ask if anything's
> unclear, and it only ever acts within your company and your role.

## Get oriented
- `What rooms can I see?`
- `List the documents in our Getting Started room.`
- `Open the welcome guide and show me what's in it.`

## Create a document
- `Draft a one-page welcome guide for new hires and save it to our Getting Started room.`
- `Turn these notes into a clean one-pager in the Pricing room: <paste your notes>`
- `Create a FAQ document in the Support room with these 5 questions: ...`
- `Make a runbook in the Ops room for restarting the billing service, step by step.`

## Edit a document
- `Open the 2026 pricing one-pager and add an FAQ section at the bottom.`
- `Shorten the intro on the welcome guide and add a section about parking.`
- `Update the numbers in the Q3 report to these figures: ...`
- `Change the welcome guide to use a warmer tone, then save.`

## Style & preview
- `Show me a preview before saving.`
- `Use our blue accent color and a clean, modern layout.`
- `Make it look like a polished one-pager with a heading, three sections, and a footer.`

## Organize into rooms
- `Create a private room called Onboarding for new-hire materials.`
- `Create a public room called Help Center for articles anyone can read.`
- `What's the purpose of the Pricing room?`

## Share
- `Share the welcome guide as a public link I can send to a candidate.`
- `Give me a link to the 2026 pricing one-pager.`
- `Stop sharing the pricing one-pager link.`
- `List the public links that are currently active.`

## Brand & themes (company admins)
- `Set our company theme: brand color #1f6feb, dark text, clean sans-serif font.`
- `Set our brand from acme.com.` (proposes colors/fonts/logo from your site — you confirm)
- `List our brand themes.`
- `Create an "external" theme with our marketing colors, and make the Pricing room use it.`
- `Use the technical theme for this runbook.`

## People & access (company admins)
- `Invite jordan@acme.com as an editor.`
- `Invite sam@acme.com as a viewer (read-only).`
- `Remove taylor@acme.com's access.`
- `Make the Board room private to just these three people: ...`

## Clean up
- `Delete the old draft pricing sheet from the Pricing room.`

## If something doesn't work
- `Why can't I do that?` — Claude will explain (often it's a permission scoped to admins, or a room
  that doesn't exist yet).
