Creating & editing documents
Make a document by describing it. Change it by asking. The newest version is always what people see.
Create a document
Tell the assistant what you want and where it should live. You can start from a blank idea or from notes you already have — paste them in and ask for them to be turned into a clean document.
"In the Pricing room, create a one-pager called 2026 Pricing with our three plans and a short intro."
Edit a document
Just describe the change in plain words — rewrite a headline, add a section, refresh the numbers. The document updates in place, and the latest version is the one everyone opens.
"On the 2026 pricing one-pager, change the headline and add a FAQ at the bottom."
Where documents live
Every document belongs to a room. When you add one, it appears in that room's sidebar so people can find it. A document can't float on its own — it always has a home.
Removing a document
Ask to remove a document when it's no longer needed. It stops being visible right away.
"Delete the old draft pricing sheet from the Pricing room."
